Backup · Disaster Recovery · Business Continuity
Recovery you can count on when everything else has failed.
Managed 3-2-1 backup and disaster recovery for businesses and the MSPs who serve them. Two independent copies on two unrelated platforms, no agent on your network, and no access to your data. Running since 2001.
What we do
One service that owns the whole chain — from the first backup to the last restore.
You get one number to call, one report to read, and a written answer to the question "can we restore?" — before you ever need to ask it.
- 01Nothing for your team to runWe design, deploy, monitor and test. Your IT staff, or your IT provider, never has to babysit a console.
- 02Priced by appliance, not by surpriseFlat monthly tiers by appliance size. No per-gigabyte metering, no restore fees.
- 03Your data stays yoursEncryption keys and file contents remain with you. You choose the cloud region for sovereignty and compliance.
Sell enterprise-grade BCDR under your brand without hiring a backup team. We run it; you own the client and the invoice.
- 01White-label operationsReports and support desk under your name. Your client never has to know who's in the back room.
- 02No RMM dependencyNothing we do requires an agent in your stack or conflicts with the tooling you already run.
- 03Per-server, on demandAdd and remove protected servers as clients change. No license pool to pre-buy, no minimum to grow into.
On-site recovery in minutes
An appliance on your network takes frequent image-based backups of servers and critical workstations. A failed host boots as a virtual machine on the appliance while the hardware is replaced.
An independent off-site copy
A second backup platform — different vendor, different credentials, different network path — keeps a copy in a region you choose. A failure in one platform cannot reach the other.
Restores that are tested, not assumed
Backups are booted and screenshot-verified automatically. Premier adds scheduled cloud recovery exercises with a written record for auditors and insurers.
Monitored every day, around the clock
Every job is watched. Failures are worked the same day. When something does go wrong, we run the recovery with your team or your IT provider.
How it survives failure
Two platforms that don't know about each other.
Most backup failures aren't hardware. They're a vendor outage, a compromised management console, or one credential that reached every copy at once. This design assumes any single component — including us — can fail completely.
- Local appliance
Fast, frequent, on-site. Instant virtualization for the workloads that can't wait.
- Separate cloud platform
Different vendor, credentials and network path. Region of your choice for data sovereignty.
- No remote-management agent
We don't install an RMM. There is no always-on remote-control channel into your systems that could be turned against you.
- No data access
Encryption keys and file contents stay with you. Hexistor manages the service, not your information.
The uncomfortable part
You already know where ransomware crews go first: the backup console. One phished admin credential, one exposed management portal, and production plus every backup copy are gone in the same hour — because they all answered to the same login. Running a business on a single backup platform is malpractice. Our design gives you two platforms from two vendors, two sets of credentials, two network paths, and a service provider who holds none of your keys — so neither the attacker nor we can reach everything at once.
No encryption keys, no file-level access, no remote-control agent, no standing credentials into your systems. A breach of Hexistor yields service telemetry — not your data.
The local appliance and the cloud platform have separate vendors, separate credentials and separate network paths. There is no single login, ours or anyone's, that can delete both.
Backup consoles are where attackers go first, because deleting the backups is what makes ransom pay. Two independent platforms turn that from a business-ending event into an inconvenience.
Principles
Built to be boring in the ways that matter.
Either backup platform can fail, be breached, or disappear commercially, and you still hold a complete, restorable copy.
No remote monitoring and management agent means one less privileged tool on your network and one less vendor holding a key to your systems.
Cloud copies land in the jurisdiction you select. Operating in 75+ countries has taught us that where data sits matters as much as whether it's backed up.
One relationship, one report, one number to call. No console for your team to learn or patch.
Recovering businesses since 2001 — through hardware failures, ransomware, floods and ordinary human error.
We supply and support the appliance and the licences, so there is never a gap between "the vendor" and "the people who answer the phone."
For MSPs
Wholesale, white-label backup you don't have to run.
Offer 3-2-1 BCDR to your clients under your own brand. Hexistor handles the appliances, the cloud platform, the monitoring and the restores. You keep the relationship.
- Your brand, our operationsWhite-label reporting and a support desk that works behind your name.
- Per-server, on demandAdd and remove protected servers as your clients change. No license pool to pre-buy.
- Fits your stackNo RMM dependency, no conflict with your existing tooling.
Pricing
Size it yourself. Get a number in ten seconds.
Tell us how much data you have and how many servers run it. The estimate covers the appliance, the cloud copy, monitoring and restores, billed once a year. No per-gigabyte metering, no restore fees.
Estimated annual service
Estimate for planning; service is billed annually in advance. Final pricing follows a short call to confirm data volumes, retention and region. Local taxes and shipping not included. Multi-site and MSP wholesale pricing on request.
