Storage and Indexing – Archives are created on incoming and outgoing email, inter-office mail, and Instant Messaging. Data is immediately available for audit and is written to READ-ONLY media along with its index. All data is kept immediately accessible and online for as long as regulatory requirements stipulate. Data is encrypted for long term storage.
Audit – Using a standard web browser the compliance officer logs in to view and supervise the communications. Messages can be filtered, sorted, viewed, and printed. Reviewed messages are automatically marked to identify that they have been viewed by the compliance officer.
Extraction – If necessary, data can be exported to CD/DVD media for mass migration to regulatory bodies.
